We request your prayers for her return to her spiritual master \u015ar\u012bla Prabhup\u0101da.<br \/>\nSriji was one of the early disciples of \u015ar\u012bla Prabhup\u0101da in the Mexico City Yatra, 1972. She was very dedicated to his service and very dear to the devotees. On Sunday 18 there was a ceremony in her honor by devotees in Guadalajara City, where she passed away, at the Radha-Syamasundara temple.<br \/>\nThe following is a letter she received from His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada.<br \/>\nLetter to: Sriji<br \/>\n\u2014<br \/>\nBombay<br \/>\n7 November, 1974<br \/>\n74-11-07<br \/>\nMexico<br \/>\nMy Dear Sriji devi dasi:<br \/>\nPlease accept my blessings. I am in due receipt of your Vyasa Puja offering dated August 22, 1974, received just now and I am very glad to receive it; better late than never. I thank you very much for your sentiments. Satisfaction of the spiritual master is the secret of advancement in spiritual life. The Lord is the original spiritual master, and a person in the disciplic succession can convey the message of the Lord as it is to his sincere disciple. We cannot manufacture our own process, therefore mental speculation does not at all help us in spiritual life. One simply has to surrender himself to his guru and everything will be revealed to him.<br \/>\nI hope this meets you in good health.<br \/>\nYour ever well wisher,<br \/>\nA.C.
