Dear devotees, Vanipedia is happy to present to you all the latest news of the multi-language subtitle project which is uniting Srila Prabhupada’s multi-lingual family.

So far 123 devotees have translated 546 videos with 3,300 subtitles in 47 languages.

There are now 12 languages that have 100 or more videos translated –
Akan, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Latvian, Persian and Polish

As an offering to Srila Prabhupada for his disappearance day fourteen devotees from Iran translated 108 videos into Persian in just three weeks.

African devotees have started subtitling in Akan, Amharic, Swahili, Swati, Twi, and Yaruba.

Looking for translators for the last two major languages (Chinese and Spanish) which are still underdeveloped.

Important information!
Just as Irish is different from American English, so many-many of the South American languages are different from modern Spanish as is spoken coming from the original country found in Europe.
