By the mercy of Srila A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the most awaited festival of Sri Sri Jagannath, Baldeva Subhdra Rath Yatra in Vrindavan will be celebrating on 25th Oct 2017.
ISKCON Vrindavan Namhatta Dept. is organizing its 3rd Annual Jagannath Rath Yatra for the pleasure of The Lord, on the 25th of Oct, 2017. The entire holy city will be reverberating to the throes of Jai Jagannatha and the Hare Krishna Mahamantra.
But to make this festival a truly joyous occasion, we need you, your family, friends, relatives, neighbors and associates. To draw the Chariot, to chant and dance in unparalleled joy, to partake of sumptuous Prasadam and thus receive the causeless mercy of Lord Jagannatha in Vrindavan Dham- the Lord of the Universe.
This year especially RATHA YATRA is being held in the month of Kartik when most of the senior devotees, Sanyasis, GBC members, Temple Presidents and thousands of devotees around the world will be visiting Vrindavan Dham for their spiritual elevation. You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the festival and grace the occasion by your presence.
RATHA YATRA will start from Sri Krishna Green (from 12:00 to 5:00pm and will pass through Prem Mandir, ISKCON Temple, Bharti Vidyapith, Attla Chungi, parikrama marg, Anand Dham and terminate at Sri Krishna Balram temple, ISKCON Vrindavan .The chariot will be decorated with various designs and colors by the devotees and artists of Vrindavan which shows their enthusiasm for the Rath Yatra. The devotees of Vrindavan Dham, of various places of Rath Yatra route ,will offer welcome to Sri Sri Jagannath, Baldev Subhdra. Prasadam will be served at starting place and at ending place.
This year we will be celebrating Rath Yatra festival with very high spirits and great feeling, one who participates in the Ratha yatra festival has darshana of Their Lordships, draws Their Chariot, Listens to and Chants the Holy Name, will certainly receive liberation from Material Bondage. We welcome you sincerely to this Grand Festival- truly one of its kind in Vrindavan Dham, for it’s truly a rare occasion, that The Lord Himself arrives on the streets of our city.
