The Importance of the Temple of the Vedic Planetarium

by Administrator
Hare KrishnaBy Darpa-ha Krishna das

Excerpts from "Srila Prabhupada – The Founder-Acarya of ISKCON" by His Grace Ravindra Svarupa Das. "On a cosmological scale, it maps, models, and illustrates the realized truth of acintyabhedabheda-tattva: that nothing is different from Krsna, yet Krsna is different from everything. Within the main dome of the temple we see the cosmos displayed as it discloses itself to those who experience it with unoccluded perception: as pervaded by and connected to Krsna as the Lord’s own potencies...

TOVP The Future in The Making

by Administrator
Hare KrishnaBy Ajita Nimai Dasa

Srila Prabhupada writes in his purport that this knowledge has been extant in human society for at least two million years. The sacred system of parampara (disciplic succession) keeps the knowledge flowing from one generation to the next. But this current of spirituality must not be taken for granted. Its carriers at any time in history are always up against the opposing undercurrent of materialism that characterizes the material world. Time and again this untiring, sinister current sidelines the spiritual current and becomes prominent in ...

Srila Prabhupada envisioned a grand display of devotional service and Vedic science to attract the whole world to the Krsna Consciousness movement.
