Head Pujari

Job Description:

– Ensure Puja standards are maintained and improved upon

– Create and coordinate Pujari scheduling

– Plan and coordinate festivals

Qualifications:

– Must be experienced Pujari
– Must have excellent Sadhana
– Must be Brahminically initiated
– Must be able to work well with others
– Must have basic management ability and experience

– Must have good communication skills

– Must be well-versed in KC philosophy and ISKCON standards

Reports to: Temple Executive Committee

Position: Vice President (Temple Operations)

Job Description:

– Oversee Pujari Dept.

– Oversee Kitchen Dept.

– Oversee Resident Devotee Care Dept.

Qualifications:

– Temple resident (Non-residents may be considered)

– Initiated

– Excellent sadhana

– Good people skills

– Good management skills

– Good communication skills (reading, writing, public speaking)

– Well-versed in KC philosophy and ISKCON standards

Reports to: President/Executive Committee

Position: Vice President (Administration)

Job Description:

– Building Maintenance
– Office Admin/Communications

– Treasury

– Legal

Qualifications:

– Excellent sadhana

– Good people skills

– Good management skills

– Good communication skills (reading, writing, public speaking)

– Detailed oriented

– Well-versed in KC philosophy and ISKCON standards

Reports to: President/Executive Committee

Currently all of the above activities and responsibilities are overseen and coordinated by one person. For the effective running and longterm growth and development of ISKCON Boston it is imperative we fill these positions immediately.

Candidates will be screened by both Massachusetts State and ISKCON GBC procedures.
