Since the beginning of the war the devotees have been serving Prasad to the
struggling people living in Kherson, under daily bombing. Even at the
swimming pool kitchen the rockets scream overhead.
In the video Tusta Krishna Prabhu exclaims that “even in the deepest ocean,
he will be just knee deep.” (a local proverb)

Yes, at this moment the Grad multiple launch rocket system is operating.
It happened a block away from the distribution of prasadam. We wanted to
leave the distribution point earlier, but Nama Kripa prabhu joked “Our cafe
is open until the last customer.” He wanted us to hand out to the last
person in line, even though we were late.
If we had left earlier, we would have come under this shelling…
On our way back we saw the ruined quarter and the lying bodies. There are a
lot of such stories, they happen every day in Kherson. This is how Krishna
manifests.
Now I am in the Dnipro. I was called by the draft board and maybe they will
send me to the war. Tomorrow everything will be decided for me. Will I be
able to continue my service or will I have to preach in the war

Srila Prabhupada explains this in the Srimad Bhagavatam:
SB 5.1.19, Purport
The bee is undisturbed by sunshine and other external influences.
Similarly, one who always seeks shelter at the lotus feet of the
Personality of Godhead is protected from all dangers. It is therefore said
in Srimad-Bhagavatam (10.14.58):
samasrita ye pada-pallava-plavammahat-padam puá¹ya-yaso murarehbhavambudhir
vatsa-padam param padampadam padam yad vipadaá¹ na tesam
For one who has taken shelter of the lotus feet of the Lord, everything
becomes easier. Indeed, even crossing the great ocean of nescience
(bhavambudhi) is exactly like crossing the hoofprint created by a calf
(vatsa-padam). For such a devotee, there is no question of remaining in a
place where every step is dangerous.
Our actual duty is to carry out the supreme order of the Personality of
Godhead. If we are fixed in our determination to carry out the supreme
order of the Lord, we are always secure, regardless of where we are
situated, whether in hell or in heaven. Herein the words prakrtim bhajasva
are very significant. Prakrtim refers to one’s constitutional position.
Every living entity has the constitutional position of being an eternal
servant of God.
