While some devotee developers are building solid and worthy accommodation that is not the case with all.
Some builders are using poor quality building materials and there is even one infamous building which has been dubbed “the leaning tower of Mayapur”. The safety of this building is highly questionable.
Other areas of Mayapur are so built up that there is practically no air flow, natural light, green areas or proper arrangement for sewage and waste management: Totally unsuitable surroundings for a healthy and progressive life.
Just a little friendly warning: Don’t rely on the words of the developers who promise you a piece of paradise. Do your research before purchasing your apartment to make sure you end up with what you are looking for.
