When the King is a pure devotee of the Lord
Translation
No one in this world, even a demigod â what to speak of an earthly king â can defeat My devotee with his strength, beauty, fame or riches.
Purport
Here Lord Ká¹á¹£á¹a assures King Yudhiá¹£á¹hira that he will have no problem conquering the worldly kings, since the King is a pure devotee and the Lordâs pure devotees can never be conquered, even by the demigods, what to speak of earthly kings. Although materialists are proud of their power, fame, beauty and opulence, they can never surpass the pure devotees of the Lord in any of these categories.

H.G. Narayani Mataji discussing Bhagavad Gita 8.7, emphasizing remembering Krishna while performing duties. She highlights chanting the Hare Krishna mantra as the key to attaining the Supreme. Inhabitants of the most pious planets â the Jana, Tapas and Satya lokas
Translation
O Supreme Lord, undoubtedly we are inhabitants of the most pious planets â the Jana, Tapas and Satya lokas â but still we have been purified by the drops of water sprinkled from Your shoulder hairs by the shaking of Your body.
Purport
Ordinarily the body of a hog is considered impure, but one should not consider that the hog incarnation assumed by the Lord is also impure. That form of the Lord is the personified Vedas and is transcendental. The inhabitants of the Jana, Tapas and Satya lokas are the most pious persons in the material world, but because those planets are situated in the material world, there are so many material impurities there also. Therefore, when the drops of water from the tips of the Lordâs shoulder hairs were sprinkled upon the bodies of the inhabitants of the higher planets, they felt purified. The Ganges water is pure because of its emanating from the toe of the Lord, and there is no difference between the water emanating from the toe and that from the tips of the hair on the shoulder of Lord Boar. They are both absolute and transcendental.
Material Joy or Maya? Discover Real Happiness
Drutakarma Prabhu discusses Srimad Bhagavatam 3.28.36, explaining how the mind, purified through yoga and devotion, transcends material happiness and distress. He emphasizes that both are illusions caused by false ego. True happiness comes from realizing oneâs eternal relationship with Krishna. He contrasts material pleasure with spiritual bliss, urging devotees to seek higher, lasting fulfillment.
