Servings : 5 people
Ingredients
500g karela
For stuffing –
Ā½ cup gram flour or besan
Ā½ tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp sugar
Ā¼ cup roasted crushed peanuts
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp dry mango powder or amchur powder
3 tbsp oil
Ā¼ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
1 to 2 tbsp water
3 tbsp oil

H.H Sundar Chaitanya Goswami – It is said that among all the devotees of the Personality of Godhead, Lord Åiva is the greatest. Thus the remnants of foodstuff left by him are accepted by other devotees as mahÄ-prasÄda, or great spiritual foodstuff. The remnants of foodstuff offered to Lord Kį¹į¹£į¹a are called prasÄda, but when the same prasÄda is eaten by a great devotee like Lord Åiva, it is called mahÄ-prasÄda.
