Necessary qualifications: one should be in good spiritual standing, chant 16 rounds, follow the four regulative principles and be faithful to Srila Prabhupada and ISKCON. In addition, one should be physically capable and be willing to commit to one year minimum. The trial period would be one month and your tickets to here would be payed. Salary is based on working hours, for example, for 6 hours a day, 6 days a week, you would get around 1900 Euros per month.
