by Administrator / 9 Aug 2013 / Published in Message Board  /

Tribhanga Das: Hare Krisna Dear Vaisnavas.
Please accept my humble obeisances.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

My name is Tribhanga Das from Slovakia and I am a disciple of Hi Holiness Radhanatha Swami. I would like to ask the worldwide community of devotees for a kind support of my studies in Adult college in Mayapur Gurukula called Bhaktivedanta Academy. I study there for the last three years and I would like to continue, but I need some financial support to cover the expenses connected with the studies like plane tickets, accomodation, prasadam, medicine etc…every little helps. If You are interested, please contact me on my email: rysavy.tomas@gmail.com. Many thanks for everything.

With kind regards Your servant Tribhanga Das

PS:Please read also what Srila Prabhupada said on Gurukula project:

“Srila Prabhupada on Gurukula:

If the spiritual master is bona fide and the disciple is very sincere, then the knowledge will be there. This is the secret. Yasya deve para bhaktir yatha deve tatha gurau–Vedic knowledge is revealed unto those who have faith in both the Lord and the spiritual master. Therefore in Vedic society, the students are automatically sent to the gurukula [the place of the spiritual master], regardless of whether one is a king’s son or from some other background. Even Krsna had to go to gurukula.”

The Bhaktivedanta Academy, established in 1984, is an educational institution based in Sri Mayapur Dhama, India, which provides education for boys, girls and adult students on the principles of the Vedic Gurukula system. The educational programs aim to complete a cultural reorientation of students to produce a society in which the individuals understand that their primary occupation in life is to practice pure, unalloyed devotional service, with the goal of going back home, back to Godhead.
