Sri Balarama Purnima on Sunday, August 10, 2014!
The devotees of Queens invite all to come and
celebrate our annual Ratha Yatra parade.
Begins at 1:00 pm sharp from the corner of Liberty
Avenue and 123rd Street, and will continue all the way to our
Mandir at 111-14 101 Avenue at 3:00 pm, followed by
the festival’s stage show until 8:00 pm.
We will have maha abhishekam of our Krishna Balarama
deities outside and hours of melodious kirtan!
Free sumptuous prasadam will be served all day long plus a
full afternoon packed with dances, bhajans,
devotional talks and fun for the entire family.
To celebrate the appearance day of Lord Balarama,
Sri Sri Hari Haladhari will be dressed in a beautiful new outfit.
