as pearls are strung on a thread.
Maybe a planet alongside an iguana next to bread,
then me. All jewels, but I am afforded a clue –
ancient yet immediate as dew –
intentionally positioned, assured by words, You, Krsna, said.
Everything rests upon You
as pearls are strung on a thread.
As one jewel passing through,
I pray that I can tread
my hours to muster and spread
the devotion, You, Krsna, are due.
