ISKCON Mangalore temple is steadily continuing book distribution service for the pleasure of Srila Prabhupada. Beginning this year, devotees from the temple and congregation devotees are going out every weekend through the city to distribute books and sing the Holy Names of the Lord “Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare”!
We adopted the world famous “Monthly Sankirtana Festival” system, which makes book distribution a fun and easy event for devotees to participate. Every weekend, we count and pack the books and head out in a group, chanting in bliss and sharing the divine message of Lord Chaitanya with one and all. As a result, we are successfully distributing approximately 130-150 big books every month and engaging our congregation devotees. We pray to the Vaishnavas to bless us and empower us to do more and better service to Srila Prabhupada!!
