ROLE: Bakery Manager
RESPONSIBILITY: Produce and sell quality food and drink (Prasad) items to a growing community of happy customers from the surrounding area, temple visitors and the temple community.
KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Follower of Srila Prabhupada and ISKCON.

Positive and self-motivated.

Passion for hospitality, tasty and presentable food preparations.
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills and have experience of building positive relationships with different internal/external stakeholders.

Clear ability and experience in devotional food preparation, management and sales..

Have knowledge of Health & Safety and possession of a Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification or equivalent an advantage.

Basic business experience an advantage

SALARY: Competitive
CONTRACT: Permanent
HOURS: Full time
