Bhaktivedanta Research Centre Team in a mission (Album with photos)
The BRC Manuscripts Mission Team sent these photos from their hard work in the field this week identifying, preserving, cataloging, and digitising rare manuscripts. They have been commuting up to 4 + hours a day to visit Maju and Makardaha libraries that are located in remote villages in the Howrah district of West Bengal. Their application of preservation techniques will enable future generations to also be able to interact with these rare devotional gems that most likely would have simply become dust otherwise.
