Annual Lotus festival to celebrate Krishna’s appearance day. Sat Aug 20, 2016.
Lots of people came. Beautiful kirtans. Deep talk by Dhanurdhara Swami. Offering of lotus flowers by every guest to Radha Murlidhara.
Gorgeous flower decorations and garlands by Nikunja Lila, Radha Kumari, and a dedicated crew including Lisa Adams, Kate, and others. A most beautiful “kund” or pond built by Narayan Gibbs which held the floating garden of flowers. Great deity decorations and abhishek by Vasudeva and Nimai Sundar prabhus, and other pujaris.
Two short dramas by “Das Anudasa Players”.
Finally, delicious Prasad cooked by Doyal Gauranga and his crew.
