Sadbhuja Das: This is the first sample of the iron casting of the grills, fences and railings for TOVP.
In this old Kolkata Factory they prepare hundreds of molds during 3 days, and than cast 3 days non stop.
Casting involves continuous casting process, metal starts flowing at 7 morning, and only finish at 8pm. All day they fill up crucibles, and run around bare feet, to fill up all of the sand molds on endless mold fields.
