Help for Reaching out “Your Ever Well Wisher”
This year being the 50th Anniversary since the establishment of ISKCON, and the occasion of the glorious December Book Marathon, Pandava Sena have set ourselves a target of distributing 10,000 of Srila Prabhupada’s books.
Krishna Consciousness Societies have been setup at universities all over the United Kingdom for student preaching. These are young students who have taken time off their education to be involved and engaged in philosophical discussions, kirtanas and active services for the community. The Krishna Consciousness Society Retreat at the Manor in November, hosted almost 170 enthusiastic students from these societies taking part in Japa, Kirtana, Q&A, Cooking and Cow Milking workshops. We want these students to learn about the Founder of this movement. Thus we have taken up this project of distributing 500 “Your Ever Well Wishers” – the concise version of The Lilamrita to the students for free.
We are trying to collect Laksmi to cover the costs of these books and have opened up a portal on YouCaring to help crowd fund this project (https://www.youcaring.com/sacredstreetparty-703706). We have only covered around 10% of the required costs of this project.
We sincerely request your help and amazing reach with devotees all over the world, to publicise this humble effort to give students access to the amazing determination, dedication and hardwork Srila Prabhupada had put in to deliver us out of this material world.
