A first of its kind car service from New Delhi to Vrindavan, with its brand new fleet of luxury cars providing a Vaishnava ambience right from the moment you alight at the New Delhi airport or Railway Station, till Vrindavan Dham.
Drivers trained in Vaishnava etiquette shall receive devotees from their pick up spots (Airport or Railway Station) and lead them onto Shri Shri Vrindavan Dham assuming the full responsibility of the devotees’ well-being and safety. Once the devotee has been received by a CarSeva driver, he shall be made comfortable in one of the best well-maintained cars that Carseva has introduced for the Braj Darshan route.
Our fleet of cars includes Suzuki SX7, Suzuki Baleno, Toyota Innova, Mitsubishi Lancer, Hyundai Sonata and Toyota Qualis. Though we are running luxury cars but we remain committed to charge only moderately from all Vaishnava devotees heading to Shri Shri Vrindavan Dham as our commitment to serve Srila Prabhupada.
All billings are on the actual number of kilometers traveled and all devotees would reserve the right to note the initial as well as the final meter reading of the car. Service tax on the bill would be charged separately. All Carseva cars shall be connected to their base stations in Delhi and Vrindavan over radio frequency, enabling a smooth and hassle-free journey.
The Unique Vaishnav Experience – During the journey from New Delhi to Vrindavan, the devotee shall be offered Mineral Water, Whole Fruits (Apple, Banana, Orange, Pear or any seasonal fruit), Home-made Vaishnava Vegetable Sandwich devoid of onion, garlic or any external impurity.
The sandwich would have been offered to the Supreme Lord before presenting it to the devotee. Even the vegetables used in the sandwich would have been selected from a fresh range of vegetables grown in the farmhouse of the promoters of Carseva, near the New Delhi International Airport. A choice of fruit juice and dry fruits shall also be available for the traveling devotees.
All these shall be provided free of cost and nothing shall be charged separately for this service.
The Audio system of the car shall only play Srila Prabhupada lectures, The Mahamantra or Vaishnava Bhajans. In case, any devotee wants to listen to the discourses of his/her Guru Maharaj, he/she can provide the driver with a CD or Tape of the same, to be played during the entire length of the journey.
CarSeva plies only the best sedans for its Braj Darshan route at the most affordable price. Even a student would be able to afford it. The idea of providing this quality service to all Vaishnava devotees traveling from New Delhi to Vrindavan is only to help maintain their
Krishna Consciousness during the journey and safeguard them from any unpleasant travel experience.
A Carseva car can either be booked by an individual, a group of devotees or a group of separate individuals from whom only a per-passenger fare would be recovered.
At the end of the journey, every devotee would be gifted a “Srila Prabhupada Book”, a “Tilak-Kit” and “Pure Attar or fragrance for the Supreme Lord”.
All devotees getting down at the ISKCON Temple or MVT Ashram in Vrindavan Dham shall be given an inaugural 10 % discount on the total fare of the cab.
The promoters of CarSeva are Srila Prabhupada followers and commit themselves unto the service of Srila Prabhupada’s mission and every Vaishnav devotee.
Devotees can also avail the option of booking a special luxury Sedan for their Guru Maharaj every time Maharaj travels in and out of Shri Shri Vrindavan Dham.
It is noteworthy to mention here that none of the Carseva drivers consume tobacco, pan masala or smoke and as a matter of policy we do not employ such drivers.

FARE CHART FOR CARSEVA “GARUDA EXPRESS” FROM NEW DELHI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO SRI SRI VRINDAVAN DHAM:
We ply only luxury vehicles between New Delhi to Sri Sri Vrindavan Dham.
Our charges are Rs 15 for every kilometre traveled and all rates are charged on a point to point basis. That is from the Airport to the final destination at Sri Sri Vrindavan Dham.
The total cost from the New Delhi international airport to Vrindavan Dham is Rs 3200 inclusive of the Driver’s allowance and road toll.
An inaugural disount of 15 % would be offered on this amount.
Hence, the net payable amount would be Rs 2720
However, if the devotee retains the vehicle and returns by the same vehicle, then we shall charge Rs 150 per day towards driver’s allowance and a minimum charge of 70 kilometres per day, irrespective of whether the devotee uses the vehicle for local travel or not.
In case the devotee retains the car, then he/she can use the 70 km quotient in traveling towards Barsana, Goverdhan, Gokul, Nand Gaon etc.
Above 70 kilometres, the devotee shall have to pay Rs 15 per additional kilometre traveled.
The backward journey shall also be charged at Rs 15 per kilometre
As an inaugural offer we shall give you a discount of 15% upon the total billed amount, for onward and backward journey too.
All our vehicles provide Free mineral water. fruit-juice,Sealed dry fruits, Whole fruits such as Apples, Bananas, Pears, Oranges etc and the music system shall play only Vaishnav Bhajans, Srila Prabhupad Lectures or the traveling devotees’ Guru Maharaj’s lectures.
Upon disembarking every devotee shall also recieve a Vaishnav Gift Pack with a CD of Vaishnav Bhajans, Tilak kit, Vaishnav Fragrance and Perfumes which are free from alcohol and a Srila Prabhupada book.
PAGING AND SAFE ESCORT SERVICES:
Should you provide us with the details of your flight and the time it touches down at the New Delhi airport, we shall ensure that a driver trained in Vaishnav etiquettes shall receive you at the Airport with a paging board and escort you to the vehicle.
Every driver would bear a clear Identity badge on his dress indicating his name in capital letters and identity number.
The identities of all our drivers have been verified by the local Indian police authorities and are absolutely safe for even single matajis to travel with, even late at night.
You shall also be provided with the Driver’s mobile number before you begin your journey through a confirmatory email that would confirm your journey with us.
Two travel co-ordinators shall be supervising your journey with us, one from New Delhi base station and the other from Vrindavan base station over radio frequency with the driver, thereby ensuring your safety throughout the journey, even late at night.
Ideally you need to register your booking with us atleast 5-10 days in advance of your scheduled date of travel.
ECONOMY SERVICE FOR SINGLE DEVOTEES:
We also ply an economy service between New Delhi to Vrindavan wherein a devotee can avail a booking of a seat in a luxury car sharing the cost with three other devotees. That reduces the cost considerably and works out to be Rs 750 per person. However, that depends upon the confirmed pooling of atleast four devotees together.
In such a case, we either suggest devotees to either plan their travel together and make a group of 4 devotees or we try to club 4 separate individual passengers together.
However, such a service shall run subject to confirmation of the booking of
4 seats and the date of travel then depends upon us.
GROUP BOOKINGS:
We also offer discounted rates for a group of devotees traveling together and have special arrangements for 5 or more devotees traveling together.
