Chandanacharya Das: My lovely ex-wife, Kasturika Devi Dasi, (Jan), passed away peacefully and quietly today, without pain and suffering. She was initiated by Srila Prabhupada in New York in 1970, and had the opportunity to serve him in the early years of his movement and sit at his feet on many occasions. She leaves two loving daughters and a grandson. RadhaShakti and Anjali Devi, both cared for her lovingly from the day she was diagnosed only a few weeks ago. Although we had not been in touch for several years, I will forever be grateful to her for the gift of our daughter RadhaShakti, and the few good years we spent together in the movement.
