Jacksonville Beach Festival of Chariots and Ratha Yatra Parade 2017.
2017 Jacksonville Beach Festival of Chariots to be held Saturday, August 19 starting at 4 PM at Jacksonville Beach Seawalk Pavillion.
The parade is from 4 to 6 PM and is followed by free dinner for all and a cultural program of music and dance from 6 to 9 PM.
