Pradyumandas: January 26th, at sunny Saturday temperature was mid 70 degrees, devotees from Gujarat celibrated Lord Jaganath ratha yatra at dwarka city. Temple president and head of the Gujarat GBC, HG Yasomatinandan prabhu explained Lord Shri Krishna’s past time of the kurukshetra and importance of the lord Jgantha Ratha Yatra for the devotees.
Ratha yatra started 4pm with nice kirtan lead by devotees, passed thru many narrow streets, dwarkawasi looking from the windows, roof, and from the front of the house and greets with the Haribol, this remind us when Lord shri Krishna and Lord Balaram went to the Marhura and resident were looking them.
Yasomatinandan prabhu also lead the nice kirtan for more than hour and we arrived at the Iskcon padayatra gate which was built in 1988. After rathayatra went to the main Dwarkadhis temple, had perform the parikrama of the temple, and return to our dwarkadhis ruksmanuji temple by 8pm. Everyone had nice, planty of prasadam and day ended with lot of devotional exitment.
