Doctors get Bhagvad Gita in Hyderabad.
In Book Distribution Marathon, we 2 devotees decided to distribute Bhagavd gita in a nearby temple, but since no visitors were there, we were coming back without distribution. With Krsna’s grace we saw a hospital : ‘Sri Sai Ram Hospital’, we thought why not to give a try. We entered and ask the staff to meet the head doctor , they asked to wait and fixed the appointment.After 15 mins Dr Nagesh came out to meet us and greeted “Oh you are from ISKCON” , and proceeded us to his cabin.
I explained him how we are spreading this valuable knowledge of Bhagvad Gita in the society and our mission to put Bh Gita copies to every room of hospital as well showed him Vivek Bindra’s pr video(Bhagvad Gita changed his life) and the ppt we had in mobile.
He was impressed to see our endeavours and immediately asked to give 4 Bh Gitas.As well told he will take more once the hospital is renovated.
While coming outside from hospital , the staff also took 4 Telugu Bh Gitas from us.
The next week doctor calls again , and told : ” I . want to gift Bh Gitas to my doctor friends ” and ordered 7 more Bh Gitas.
He called his old doctor friends and convinced them to read Bh Gita and then parcelled them Bhagvad Gita as a gift.
Bhagvad Gita Distribution ki Jai !!
His inspiration : “I always follow Lord Krsna and therefore follow 4 regulative principles, and I know this Bhagvad Gita can deliver the person from material world.”He says “Krsna is the supreme Lord ,not for some particular religion or for Hindus.His instructions are universal.” . He told he also wants to introduce the Bhagvad Gita knowledge to his son who is studying in Bits Dubai and committed himself to read Bhagvad Gita daily and also took commitment from his friends on phone(to whom he sent).
