Today we met Shri Sambit Patra, National Spokesperson of BJP (Bhartiya Janta Party), ruling party of India at his resident to gift him newly launched book, Sri Jagannath Puri. Shri Sambit Patra liked the book so much and asked the author many questions about Lord Jagannath and His Temple, His worship and Prasadam also. He said He was from very long time looking for a single book on Lord Jagannath and He’ll encourage others also to take the book and read it.
This book is of 624 pages and Hardbound with Dust Jacket. The book, in Hindi now, authored by HG Sarvasakshi Prabhu, who have already authored & compiled more then 40 books, contains Everything one want to know about Lord Jagannath and Lord Chaitanya ‘s pastimes in Jagannath Puri are also included in the book.
The Book was released by HH Gopal Krishna Goswami Maharaja in Jagannath Puri itself on 20th January 2018 in a crowd of over 5000 Devotees from around the world. The book was well received and over 300 books were distributed in few hours same day. As many as 500 Devotees PreBooked it.
The English version of the book would be released in Kartik for the International Devotees of Lord Jagannath.
