In 2004 the New York City Council implemented the Downtown Brooklyn Rezoning plan to boost the rate of development in Downtown Brooklyn Area. Since then, more than $4 billion have been spent on construction in the area. And right in the middle of all the action is the Hare Krishna’s at 305 Schermerhorn Street. Kadamba Kanana Swami takes us for a walk through the neighborhood.
