Tukaram das: This post involves teaching small to medium classes of students, from 12 years of age and above, from mixed
first Language and Second Language backgrounds. You will be following the Cambridge International Syllabus,
which aims to promote both creativity and technical accuracy in various genres of writing, and to impart
analytical reading skills. You will be responsible to plan effective lessons to teach and assess key skills and
knowledge, differentiating for individual levels and abilities. We have teacher-friendly Cambridge textbooks and
resources, but teachers are also encouraged to create and adapt devotionally themed activities.
You will need to: enjoy and be confident in teaching youth, be highly fluent in English, and be able to model a
good standard of various writing skills and genres. Your personal qualities should include: being punctual,
responsible and committed; being a team player; and being highly organised with good time-management skills.
