On Saturday 25th May, HH Sivarama Swami spoke at the Mind Body Spirit Festival in London on ‘Yoga & Meditation — as it was’. He spoke on how this ancient path was intended to be practiced with special emphasis on how to achieve the real goal of Yoga which is Self-realisation. The talk ended with a beautiful meditation session and an opportunity for attendees to ask questions!
