On Sunday 6/16/2019 Lord Jagannath Snan Yatra was celebrated with sincere devotion. On this actual day of Lord Jagannath’s appearance day – the Lordships were adorned with a brand new outfit at ISKCON Plainfield temple – like prior years. Program started at 430pm with Tulsi Arati, Guru Puja followed by Abhishek of Lord Jagannath which was performed by 500+ devotees. HG Madhavananda Prabhuji give a wonderful class on Significance of Snan Yatra. Lord Jagannath gave darshan in Hati Vesha and 56 items were offered to the lordships. A sumptuous feast was arranged for all the devotees. ISKCON Plainfield temple is planning for actual rath yatra celebrations on 7/4/2019 in the temple property and Atlantic City Rath Yatra on 7/6/2019.
