Day 3 of the Summer Marathon in East London (Album of photos)
Today we went out with HG Vaisesika Prabhu in East London with the Bhakti Vriksha Group. We also had the honor of HG Bhuta Bhavana Prabhu joining us.
HG Vaisesika Prabhu emphasized we must be “empowered, confident and encouraged.”
We were fired up to ‘touch the pavement’ and knock on doors. We again learned in abundance the importance and potency of book distribution.
We all felt saddened it would be our final day with HG Vaisesika Prabhu. He ended the day by saying “Bhaktivinoda Thakur’s disappearance day is approaching this week and we can meditate and remember how Srila Prabhupada depended so much on Bhaktivinoda Thakur’s mercy and invited his mercy for all of us. We can quote his mission which is that the highest dharma is to show mercy to living entities by widely spreading the holy names. Anyone who participates will get extraordinary spiritual strength and mercy from Lord Caitanya and all the previous Acharayas.”
We are already very much looking forward to HG Vaisesika Prabhu returning next year and we will endeavor to go deeper into our sadhana to imbibe all that we have learned from him. HG Vaisesika Prabhu Ki Jai. Srila Prabhupada Ki Jai!
