“If I had the time, I’d go back to all my years of Houston restaurant reviews and decrease them by one star because THIS is what five-star food tastes like. No restaurant in Houston has had such outstanding, delicious food with a high bar for cleanliness and excellent service. This isn’t just a fantastic “vegetarian/vegan restaurant”, this is a fantastic restaurant. Period. At night, I dream of their curries and mango lassi. Heck, I dream about their pesto pasta and mac & cheese too. I even dream of their salad bar. YES! I never thought I’d actually love a salad. Govinda’s Vegetarian Cuisine is the closest I’ve ever been to heaven.”
