A wonderful celebration of ISKCON UK’s 50th anniversary at Bhaktivedanta Manor this morning, with a class by UK GBC HG Praghosa Dasa, video presentation, cake cutting and pushpanjali to Srila Prabhupada.
The 50th anniversary of ISKCON UK’s incorporation was celebrated at Bhaktivedanta Manor with a commemorative morning programme on 15th September 2019.
A special morning class about the history of ISKCON UK, the early devotee pioneers, the significance of incorporation and a celebration of HDG Srila Prabhupada and his legacy was given by UK GBC HG Praghosa Das, followed by a 50th video presentation, a cake cutting ceremony and pushpanjali to the deity of Srila Prabhupada.
Attendees included several disciples of Srila Prabhupada, Pandu Putra Prabhu, Sri Kama Prabhu, Yasasvani Prabhu and Girija Prabhu, who were invited to offer the cake to His Divine Grace.
The programme concluded with an opportunity to purchase the 50th commemorative photobook, A Legacy Begins, and Ranchor Prime’s When The Sun Shines.
