Shastrakrit Das: Initially It was difficult to give out even a Gita. We were praying like anything. Especially I wanted to distribute a Srimad Bhagavatam set on behalf of my friend Pavana Gour Gopal. Then this nice gentleman came over to our book table and grabbed an old broken volume of the Bhagavatam on display (he is holding the old book in his hand) and asked what the whole new set looks like? My wife and me we looked at each other in disbelief and I was like âgive me 20 seconds will get it from the car and show youâ. He was blown away when I showed him how beautiful the full Bhagavatam set looked like! He owns a Biriyani cafe and he wanted me to feel free to come and set up outside his restaurant anytime I want.
