Radhadesh is looking forward to wonderful organic veggies in the summer!
During the stormy weather we have some exciting news to share about our garden!
Rik prabhu has been diligently working with the gardens, both flower and vegetable for many years now, on top of all the other things he does. So now Krsna has sent someone to really help push it forward in the form of a very nice devotee called Thibaut.
He is from Liege and has a good amount of experience in gardening and growing vegetables on a productive scale. Thibault got to know the devotees through quite some time spent at the farm in New Govardhan (Australia) and assisting nicely there. Since being back in Belgium he has felt the need to reconnect spiritually and got in touch with us to see if there was any possibility for him to come and do some service/Volunteering here, if possible in our Garden space a couple days on a weekly basis.
Thibault has studied organic farming and has a serious passion for it.
And to top it all off, he is providing the new tunnel and everything at his own expense!! So while we may have seen many attempts at garding come and go, when someone is willing to so the work AND cover all costs, then we see this person is serious!
He will be working in conjunction with Rik and Prahlada bhakta prabhus. And our Bk Edvins is very excited to have a supply of our very own veggies for the kitchen, as growing vegetables is really one of his passions.
You can see the nice new tunnel already in the garden….of course having its first major test with storm Ciara ripping across the land!!!
