Dear devotees, this is the official report of the Administration of Santiago, Chile Mandir:
After hearing the new report by the engineer calculator was found that there was no danger of using the ground floor near the temple on a regular basis without massive programs, provided that certain areas were closed which caused a direct threat.

It asked that arrangements are made at the earliest or it will have to take other measures. We can also modify this resolution based on the report of the Municipality will give us this week or on the basis of the indications are sent by the Chile GBC.

Dear devotees who permitted us to offer our humble obeisances.
We are very grateful for all the support sent from many places in Chile as in many countries around the world.
We can only thank and try to provide good service to Krishna at this stage that began in Chile in which together many efforts to rebuild the temple and re-conditioned for this suitable for receiving Krishna and his devotees.
Through this I want to notify the community about the steps being taken for the welfare of the yatra.
As noted in the last report the decision of the local council of ISKCON India could eventually be modified based on new indications of local authorities and / or direct indications of the local GBC. The so happened, we received letter from GBC clarification from the local authority, and step by several members of the community, which should be our priorities. Based on this universal basic priority is protection.
The GBC presented us with some logic and common sense is that we should spare no efforts to protect the safety of such deities as the devotees. That if there were several expert reports that indicated that if there was a danger but it differs in the magnitude of the danger. And thus having a minimal percentage of risk we had to take immediate action to everyone’s benefit until we ensure there is no danger on the premises of the temple. On the above we can cite the following text of GBC:
“What is clear is that there are “emergency arrangements” to do, which indicates that there is danger until done. And I find it equally naive to believe you at all times that are making these arrangements, the staff left in the temple will be able to control the entire security situation of themselves and others.”
With regard to the comfort of the Deities on where they are now, which is the house of Pujari we can cite:
“In January 1994 we had an earthquake here in Los Angeles, one of the pilot of ISKCON temples in the world. Was much lower than what you just experienced. Immediately we get all settled in Deities and sankirtan bus, where they received the adoration of an entire week, only with the daily Pujari had a turn. There are fourteen deities, four of marble and tamai ± or large. I assure you that the Deities of Santiago will be much more comfortable in that department than they were ours on the bus.

Then as we have indicated to the GBC is a blessing to have this guide with a more finished and with great common sense. In this way we can clear the main priority and based on what others realize the key priorities such as congregations to sing and serve together as a family deity.
We are grateful that so many devotees have understood these Desiciones especially having a backing of GBC so wise and so maintain the spirit of uniting the entire community to carry forward our projects.
I also take brahmacari notify the temple have been relocated to a devotee’s house where he continued his training and also take care of the big Murti of Srila Prabhupada.
As mentioned above, it had sought places where the best way we can meet together weekly and perform the great hall of the next dates. But it will no doubt impel us to become more mature in terms of preaching and that we will meet at the house of devotees and preaching programs start there and expand so as Krishna Consciousness has been the emphasis of the Ministry of Congregational forever. Seeing everything as an array of Krishna sure we can take great personal and collective benefit to these difficult situations.
Also engaged in a bit that has formed a new committee that will boost the relief camps to the Temple of Santiago who promptly respond to many letters from devotees who offered their help around the world.
