** BHAKTIVEDANTA MANOR – CLOSED**
Hare Krishna,
We’ve been informed today that Bhaktivedanta Manor, the UK’s largest Hare Krishna temple, has been closed due to the spread of the coronavirus.
Here’s a statement released by the Managing Director this morning:
………………
Hare Krishna – Official Notice
As a precautionary measure the temple is now closed to the public. It will remain closed until further notice. All planned events at the temple from today (6.3.20) until Monday (9.3.20) have been cancelled.
Sadly a member of the congregation tested positive for COVID-19. The person has not been to the temple but others have been in contact with them. The temple will be deep cleaned after which it will again be open. The cleaning may take anything between 24 to 48 hours.
If you have service at the temple, please contact your service authority.
Thank you for your understanding
Yours Sincerely
Gauri das
Managing Director
