Parasuram das: atma-mata guroh patnibrahmani raja-patnikadhenur dhatri tatha prthvisaptaita matarah smrtah
These mothers are the original mother, the wife of the teacher or spiritual master, the wife of a brahmana, the king’s wife, the cow, the nurse and the earth.
Srila Prabhupada: Any woman should be looked upon as mother. This is culture. Except his married wife, all women should be treated as mother. The brahmacaris were taught like that, “Mother.” This is culture.
“By accepting women in the temples and giving them the brahmacarini status, Prabhupada was not pretending: he gave them all the same rights and duties of the brahmacaris in the guru’s ashrama. The same thing applied when he gave them Brahman initiation. The women devotees had exactly the same spiritual activities, the same tasks, the same possibilities to progress spiritually and they were entitled to the same respect. At that time everything was done according to the abilities and the spiritual advancement of a person and not according to sex. Prabhupada did not make any distinction.”

International Women’s Day 8th March 2020
Every year we celebrate International Women’s Day in London.
Why?
Well people in women’s bodies make up roughly 50% of Jivas in the human form of life on this temporary planet, Earth.
That’s 3.4 billion people in female bodies. All of these spirit souls need a chance to reawaken their eternal connection to Shree Krishna.
And spiritually we are all female except one person Lord Krishna.
The greatest and most delicious way to celebrate women’s day is through the liberal distribution of Krishna Prasad.
