Krsnanandini devi dasi needs no introduction within the ISKCON family. Although she has recently gone into the stage of hospice care at home after a painful battle with cancer, her service spirit remains undaunted. She will be the guest presenter at a webinar hosted by Vaishnava Academy, ISKCON Chicago’s homeschool cooperative, on Saturday, June 20th from 11 am to 1 pm CST, on the topic, “Homeschooling Ten Children”.
Her homeschooling experience is unique. Who else can boast of having successfully homeschooled ten children? While some of us wonder how to homeschool a single child; and others feel challenged by managing the needs of multiple aged-learners under one roof, Krsnanandini Mataji has successfully homeschooled her children in an atmosphere infused with Krishna consciousness, preparing them for a lifetime of devotion and giving them the tools to achieve material success as well. Many of her children are now initiated devotees, and represent the entire range of professions – from business men & women, to police officers!
