Krishna Abhishek das, know in academic circles as Dr. Abhishek Ghosh, received his PhD from the prestigious Chicago University. He is currently a professor of religious studies at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids MI, USA. He has two upcoming books on the life and teachings of Srila Bhaktivinod Thakur. We’ll have two conversations with him to observe the disappearance day of the Thakur and gain insight into Srila Bhaktivinod’s continued presence within and influence on the sankirtan movement today.
