I really started this page to have fun during a period in my life, both spiritually and materially, when I felt totally lost and useless. Having gone through difficulties, I questioned if I even wanted, if I was even capable, to “do” Krishna Consciousness anymore.
Doodling on an old, school iPad became a form of solace and peace for me in a world where I felt absolutely useless in. I started to think of ways to multiply the feeling of peace I gained through being creative and thought “Why not make my drawings devotional and doodle spiritual personalities!”
And so I began this page for my work, as a way to record cool process videos, talk about Krishna to whoever wanted to listen, all in my own small, but special, individual, creative ways. During a time I felt so alone, you all rushed in like a huge tidal wave, practically overnight, and supported my efforts, became my friends, and uplifted and inspired me in YOUR own special ways… Proving that Srila Prabhupada has made a home in which the whole world can live in… even me! You spoke for the Lord, and saw my endeavors worthy of the title “service”, urging me that my relationship with the Lord and my particular way of portraying it, was actually inspiring and important enough to never stop sharing. Thank you so much for each and every message, like, comment, share, and purchase. It means SO much to me. 🙏🏼💗
I can see looking back how Govinda has never left me, easing me back by utilizing my nature and engaging it in His loving service. In my heart and right by my side, Govinda inspired me with ideas! He’s guided me to connect my heart to my art and actions, He’s taught me lessons through the process of creating a piece start to finish, on and off the screen. He’s revealed my anartas and the power of this process, given to us so mercifully by Our LOVING Acarya, His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada. 🥺💖 Srila Prabhupada ki Jai!!!!!
And He’s sent me His loving devotees, & you all have shared His special mercy within your own lives, reminding me of His Glory, re-establishing my faith & inspiring me to remember the possibility of a Love so true, & deeply personal with the Lord of our hearts throughout our lives! That is the most priceless gift. Govinda has taken care of me completely, when I felt completely doomed. When I connected with Him heart to heart, everything else I struggled so hard for was easily taken care of. That is the power, potency, and LOVE of our Lord. 😭💕Thank you for supporting me, loving me, and being an example for me to look up to. You all have been nothing short of amazing and essential in my life. You are gifts of Govinda.
Krishna is always SO kind. And if you follow your heart and your nature, He will engage you, He will not let you fail, & you WILL truly connect with the Lord of your life. He wants that so much more than we ever could. He LOVES YOU!! Yes YOU reading this. You.💖 He’s totally in love with you. No matter what you’ve done or haven’t. If you don’t want to forget Him, He won’t let you. He’ll inspire you and engage you, guide you. He’s done that for those who’ve desired it even once, since time immemorial. I don’t know much, but I can attest to that. And that is everything. He never abandons you. He’s always waiting and trying to help. Let Him help. He will never let you fail.
