ISKCON New York City has successfully weathered the pandemic and is poised for a new era of dynamic growth as the city reopens. Srila Prabhupada considered New York the world’s most important city and with his blessings ISKCON is again expanding with a strong daily Harinam sankirtan and book distribution party, weekly programs for congregation and new visitors, regular festivals including the world famous 5th Avenue Rathayatra.
We invite you to join our enthusiastic and dedicated group of devotees and
serve Srila Prabhupada’s New York mission in whatever area inspires you.
Some of the prominent areas of service are:
*Daily Harinama Sankirtan*
Harinama Seva with the Yuga Dharma kirtan party happens daily in various
parks and subways in the city
*Pujari Seva*
Any second initiates interested in pujari service can be trained up if
required
*Govinda’s Kitchen*
Our Govinda’s is in need of experienced cooks. Compensation can be provided.
*Temple Service*
There’s always plenty of engagement in maintaining and improving our 5
story temple property.
We are open to both short-term visits (2 weeks minimum) and long-term
residents. At present we are only able to accommodate devotees from within
the United States.
