Dear Maharajas and Prabhus
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
Yesterday there was hearing of our complaint against Mr. V.L.Varadarajan by the Disciplinary Committee of ICAI (Institute of Chartred Accountant of India) at Chennai.
In 2001 Mr. Varadarajan certified Balance sheets and Income and expenditure accounts of the Bangalore temple of ISKCON with reg. head office at Juhu, Mumbai by falsely claiming that those accounts belong to ISKCON reg. by Shankarbhrit Das in 1978 at Bangalore.
Mr. Varadarajan also antedated these accounts to make them look like as if they were prepared during those respective financial years. These immoral acts of Fraud by Mr. Varadarajan were done in collusion with Madhu Pandit Das, This enabled MPD to falsely claim that Shankhabhrit’s ISKCON has financial life from 1989 onwards. These same accounts for 12 year were filed by MPD with Registrar of Society on 9 Aug. 2001 on one short.
Mr. Varadrajan had engaged a lawyer to represent him before the Disciplinary Commitee of ICAI at Chennai. His lawyer prayed for adjournment which was refused and matter was heard for 1.5 hours and it appeared to me and others that the Disciplinary Committee understood the case. They have closed the
hearing and hopefully within short time order will be passed.

Latest update on the case.

Dear Maharajas and Prabhus
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
One of the persons, who assisted Madhu Pandit Dasa in his fraudulent attempt to manipulate accounts, was a Chartered Accountant Mr. V.L.Varadarajan.
He had given back dated audit Reports and also reported that those accounts belong to the ISKCON registered in 1978 by Shankhabhrit in Bangalore but in reality those were the accounts of the Bangalore branch of ISKCON registered by Srila Prabhpada in 1971. Madhu Pandit Dasa and he did all these frauds sometime in June-Aug. 2001.
In 2005 I filed complaint against him with the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India which is a regulatory authority for the Chartered Accounts. This institute is established by law – Institute of Chartered Accountants Act 1949.
This complaint was pursued by the Bangalore legal office team for last 6 years. Today I got a copy of their findings. It is quite long and technical but in short they have held Mr. V.L.Varadarajan guilty of professional misconduct on three counts. [BC. As soon as I get a copy of these findings I will post them. Dayaram is in Delhi, I am in Bangalore.]
This has happened independent of the Judgment of the High Court of Karnataka. As hearing of this case took place on 10th June, 2010 in Chennai before even High Court started hearing our appeal.
