HER GRACE AJITA DEVI DASI, SRILA PRABHUPADA’S DISCIPLE, WIFE OF 35 YEARS TO HIS GRACE SIDDHANTA DASA PRABHU, LEFT HER BODY THIS MORNING, THIS WINTER SOLSTICE MORNING.
HER DAUGHTER KARTIKA DASI: “This Winter Solstice morning, my mother passed away in her sleep during the Brahmamuhurta, or Amritvela, the most auspicious time of the day for rising early, before the sunrise, to meditate. As all who knew her would probably recall, she had a strong belief in astrology and auspicious timings. It’s no wonder that she chose this moment for leaving this body behind and continuing her soul’s journey onwards. She was surrounded by love until the very end.

Last evening on Christmas Eve another one of Srila Prabhupada’s disciples, Lila Morrow, the former wife of Tulsi Das left her body. She had been in a continuous care facility in Wheeling, WV since last August after a serious fall which created many complications. She had done wonderful service in helping to establish the fist temple in South Africa with Tulsi. She was very talented in whatever she did. In the late 90’s after moving from the west coast to New Vrindaban she decided to go back to college in her 40’s and graduated as the valedictorian of her class! May Krsna bless her on her spiritual journey.

Lilasuka a disciple of Srila Prabhupad had left her body on Saturday, December 17, 2022.
She helped the devotees in New Vrindaban through devotee care.
Are you sure Ajita dd was a SP disciple? I have known her since 1981 and always thought she was initiated by JPS or another godbrother.
I joined ISKCON in 1978 in South Africa, and Lila and Tulsi das Prabhus were my first authorities. By their mercy I managed to remain in ISKCON until today–and hopefully forever, in the ISKCON of the spiritual world.
