I hope and pray that everyone has a Krsna conscious new year. In November, in the Large Temple category, Mayapur was way ahead of every temple worldwide, with 173,779 book points, a 43% increase. Our ISKCON world headquarters is leading the way in Lord Caitanya’s sankirtan movement. In the Medium Temple category, Mexico City had the highest increase, 455%, with 5,715 book points. I distribute a good number of books to Mexicans, as I stay in San Diego, in southern California. They’re very nice people, so I can see why the temple Mexico City is doing well.
In the Small Temple category, six of the top ten temples are in Russia, led by Moscow Goloka Dhama with 13,321 book points. The Russian devotees are fired up about book distribution to save the conditioned souls. Among the Maha-Small temples, Kishinev, Ukraine was No. 1, with 1,539 book points. The Ukrainian devotees are grateful to all of the devotees worldwide who now help their temples. Knowing that they are part of a kind international society of devotees, some of the devotees are inspired to distribute books, I’m sure.
