Hare Krishna!
We are appealing to all the assembled Vaishnavas to give financial help to one of Srila Prabhupada’s few Argentinean disciples, Krishna Kishora Das. He has Cancer.
Krishna Kishora Das joint the Hare Krishna movement 1973 in Argentina. He received his first initiation from His divine grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada 1974 in Buenos Aires. The next year 1975, Krishna Kishora Das received his braminical initiation in Mexico personally by Srila Prabhupada during his visit there.
During his devotional life Krishna Kishora Das opened many temples and brought many Souls to Srila Prabhupada. Prabhu’s main Service was Sankirtan, book distribution and preaching mostly in Argentina and later in Brazil.
One year ago Krishna Kishora Prabhu was diagnosed with Cancer in the Liver.He went for treatment and had a total of 3 operations. However, the treatments in Brazil did not improve his condition. The cancer spread to his spine. Out of desperation he came to India to seek Ayurvedic treatment in South India. The three week treatment at the clinic was showing improvement to some degree; however his pain in the back was increasing, so he left the
clinic and came to Mayapur Dham.
There is still a chance that Prabhu can be cured. However, it will need your help.
Krishna Kishora Prabhu has left for Mumbai this morning to be admitted to the Bhaktivedanta Hospital Cancer institute (http://www.cancertreatmenthospital.in/).
The Bhaktivedanta hospital will work closely with the Tata memorial Hospital, which is one of the best cancer recerch Hospitals in the world, to try to treat and hopefully cure Prabhu (http://tmc.gov.in/misc/aboutus.htm).

Yesterday Krishna Kishor Prabhu was shifted to
Bhaktivedanta hospital by flight. Mahabaho das accompanied Prabhu.
The journey was very stressful, because of severe pain in his back due to
the cancer. He has a tumor in the liver which made metastasis to the spine
in the chest area.
Today they will run many tests and also to find out if the cancer got into
the bone.
I will keep you posted.

The doctor called me in the evening and told me that Prabhu is in excruciating pain. In order to reduce the pain, they need to shrink the cancer, which is attacking his bones in his back, with Radiation.
After that, the next day they can do a special scan, to properly see where the cancer is at.
However, these things are all done outside of Bhaktivedanta hospital and are very costly.

and full dedication to save our dear God brother Sriman Krishna Kishora dasa.
Altogether with Sadhu dasa Prabhu , yours guys had done the rescue operation
right on time.
About Bhaktivedanta Hospital attention and service, I can say that is another
energy, and expantion of our beloved Srila Prabhupada´ s mercy to cure the
suffer conditions of this material life. The whole environment is impregnate of
Krishna Consciousness.
Tomorrow K.K will receive Radiation to reduce the pain that he can do complete body scanner after tomorrow. For complete body scanner to diagnostic is necessary Rupees 22, 000.
I will get an local sim card that we can keep in touch. Also we have 24 hours
internet .

the finacial manager of the hospital, H.G Vishwarup dasa told me that it will take over 15000 rupees for the radiation and a lot more for the scan the next day. The flight to Mumbai was $325
