The process used today to separate the Cream from Milk is called Extrusion. This technique is used widely in many foods today and its one of the many reasons why food is nutrient depleted. The effect it has on Milk is to Oxidize the Fats in the Milk which make it very bad for heart health and Lactose intolerance etc..The Milk is fine before the process. Oxidized fats are particularly bad for health as it contains many more LDL's ( low density lipids) that get caught up in blood cells because they travel through the blood system slower than HDL's (High density Lipids) . AS the lipids get stuck they cause a slow down in blood movement and then Heart Attacks can ensue.

The premium Gold standard set by Lord Kapiladeva in the S. Bhagavatam 3.29.15 concerning Violence is not Ahimsa as taught by some devotees in Cow Protection, it is Minimum Violence or "natihimsrena" or without excessive violence.

We live locally and eat locally means if we dont grow it we dont eat it, unless we trade Agricultural goods. And Agricultural Cow Protection becomes the Gold Standard for the internal Economic Model, to become self-sufficient.
The idea is that Cow Protection becomes THE integrated component for Community to become self-sufficient. That is to create Community so that it is independent from outside help.. And the #6 Purpose of Iskcon is to be able to live a natural life to become closer to each other, and then to teach this lifestyle to others. This means to demonstrate the fullness of Varnashrama Dharma. To practice and to teach, Agricultural Cow Protection, Self-sufficiency, Community Lifestyles, and an Internal Economic Model. It would be transformational to the whole of Iskcon. And as Srila Prabhupada says, " … the whole world will be enveloped by Krishna Consciousness."
