ISKCON Convention Centre, Bangalore celebrated Pushya Abhishek, the flower festival in a glorious way last weekend.
The presiding deities, Their Lordships Jagannath Baladeva and Subhadra were bedecked with colourful floral costumes and crowns.
A rain of rich and vibrant combination of roses, orchids, jasmine, asters, chrysanthemums, gladuoli – red, yellow, orange, purple, pink, white, lilac – multicoloured flowers in various hues and shades were used for performing Pushpa Abhishek to the deities of Sri Radha Krishna.
The temple came alive with a riot of colours everywhere and the mood was electrifying. The abhishekam was accompanied with melodious kirtan. It was truly a blissful day, refreshing and rejuvenating.
