Thank you to all the donors who have sacrificed for this historic and most important ISKCON project. From the small children who have given the contents of their piggy banks, up to our wealthiest supporters, your sacrifices are greatly appreciated. Worldwide fundraising support for the year 2013 was encouraging as Radha Jivana, Braja Vilas, and the North American TOVP Fundraising Team consisting of Sikhi Mahiti, Sauri, Pancha Tattva and Sunanda traveled spreading the word and getting donations and pledges. The U.S., Singapore, Australia and China were amongst the top donators. The North American BBT also gave a significant amount, as book distribution scores went up by another 25% in North America in 2013. 2014 will see travels to the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Malaysia and Canada, as well as continued efforts in the U.S.. We welcome invitations from all quarters of the world. Our goal is to raise as much of the required capital for finishing the project (app. $40 million) as quickly as possible to avoid the inflation of prices for required items such as marble, tiles, and other essential elements for the construction of the TOVP. Again, we truly appreciate your sacrifices to this cause. |
