Gadi das: What do all these have in common?-
Cow protection
Self-sufficiency
Wood and cow patty fired cooking
Methane gas
Natural bio-agriculture
Organic veggies
Chapattis
Milk, butter and cheese
Incense and oils
Natural medicines
Cottage industry
Sugar production
Natural hospice
Perfect family atmosphere
Devotee care
Chanting of Krsna’s names and pastimes
Happiness
Peacefulness
Natural oppulences
Purity
What do all of these have in common? They are, not so surprisingly all-inclusive in a Vrindavan village. One need not speak or promote any of these items separately, as they are meant to be the way one lives. This is the vision of Srila Prabhupada. To live in a village with Radha and Krsna, where all these things are as normal as the sunshine and rain. We should not have to strive for each of them separately… if we just understand the plan that is given by Srila Prabhupada, and he says plainly…”this not my plan, this is Krsna’s plan” (I have many quotes if you would like to see)
The centermost theme of this plan is having Radha and Krsna being served in all natural opulence with love and affection… The chanting of Harinam will do the rest…It will bring about the all-auspicious life that we all want.
So as we evaporate our many gallons of maple syrup…as we cook down the butter into ghee, as we spread the cow dung onto the gardens, as we plant hundreds of fruits and flowers, as we raise our voices to the topmost of volumn…calling out for Krsna’s kindness, and crying out because of Krsna’s kindness….we can only wonder why the rest of the world chooses to struggle in such unnatural ways….
Someday we hope you will visit Murari’s Vrindavan Valley… and perhaps you too will wonder why people choose the life they do..
Best and warmest regards from the small kirtan valley in Tenn….
The best is yet to come! Yours in Prabhupada and Harinam prabhu…your servant, always on call….Gadi das

Dear devotees and friends…
Well, Lord Caitanya’s special day is only 2 weeks away…. We are in full preparation mode for the next 2 weeks.
Sranti and Abhay will be here this coming Sunday, and she is a traveling festival of décor and devotion. Srila Prabhupada’s vyasasana will get a refreshing makeover.
She is arranging for flowers to come from Nashville, if anyone would like to help with that its around $200. We will pick them up.
Kirtan is re=grouting the entire temple room floor today.
The new outfit sewn by mother Neena Dixit will be offered on this special day.
Recently, with a rented bulldozer we have done some nice cleaning up around the old barn, and have removed tons of trash and discarded items of long past. That area is now in preparation for more gardens…. Also we have carved into the hillside several shelves for planting of blueberries (we just planted 20 more 4yr old blueberry plants). These shelves will be planted also with more trees and flower bulbs. The main veg garden is getting a lot of attention from Alex, and this will be a great garden year. 2 new ponds were also dug with that machine.
Bhajan and his friend Vrindavan built an herb spiral…you’ll have to google that one…and it is curiously enchanting.
The weather is as yet unknown but we will be prepared for any surprises .. the ceremony will be inside.
We want everyone to make a nice prep for Lord Caitanya , your specialty . (the dahl hopefully will be made by…..you know who.) Please let us know by email what you would like to make…
The Abhiseka will begin promptly at 3pm Sunday the 16th ..As this is the year of the Maha-abhiseka in Mayapur, we will have this every 5 years as well.
All of Muraris pure products will be available , ghee, milk, yogurt, paneer, maple syrup, cutting boards…etc. Let us know what you would like to have.
We will be anticipating our opportunity to serve you….
Thanks, and see you soon…yours in Prabhupada and Harinam prabhu….Gadi das
