Lilasuka dasi: In an endeavor to make the 2nd North American Child Protection Conference feasible for more devotees to attend, we have postponed the date from Sept. 28-30 2007 to April 2008.
We will be announcing the exact date soon. We hope that you will be able to join us in April.
Each year April is national child abuse awareness month as well as sexual assault awareness month. Changing the dates to April will put ISKCON in line with the efforts of general social awareness in the U.S., in addition to being a more convenient time of year on the Vaisnava calendar.
